Tehcnical Requirements for Pelton Turbine Runner 

(1) The runner and the main shaft are tapered, and the key transmits torque.

(2) The turbine runner adopts an integral casting structure, and each water bucket is separately used for magnetic  

 particle inspection and ultrasonic flaw detection. Shovel finishing to ensure that the accuracy and finish of the water 

bucket are in accordance with the drawings and relevant standards.

(3) The surface roughness and bucket size of the runner must meet the requirements of GB10969 "Technical 

Conditions for Turbine Flow Passage Components". Runner surface roughness below 3.2.

(4) Rotary casting equipment is annealed after molding.

 (5) The runner material is ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel.

(6) The runner shall comply with GB/T10969 "Technical Conditions for Turbine Flow Passage Components", and the 

runner shall be used for static balance test in the factory. The plug hole for balance shall not be close to the root of the 

bucket, unless agreed in writing by Party A. The cracks that occur during the processing of the runner should comply 

with the relevant regulations.

(7) The runners within the scope of the contract can be interchanged.

(8)  Turbine runner must do static balance test and dynamic test.
