1. The price includes the scope of supply as listed in Appendix 2 of this proposal, dismantling, packaging and delivery to the Port of Shanghai.
2. The above prices are exclusive of VAT.
3. The price does not include customs clearance, import duties, VAT and other charges within the Russian Federation.
2. Payment Terms

1. 15% of the contract value shall be paid within 10 calendar days after signing of the contract and issuance of the invoice. The contract comes into force after signing and receipt of the 15% advance payment. After the advance payment is received by the Supplier, the Buyer shall inspect the turbines on site. 2. 35% of the contract value shall be paid within 10 calendar days after the on-site inspection. 3. 50% of the contract value shall be paid within 10 calendar days after receipt of the Supplier's readiness notification. 3. This proposal is valid for 10 days from the date of the proposal, after which we kindly request your written confirmation.
