Technical requirements:
The shaft alignment error between the turbine and the generator ≤ 0.03mm
The vibration amplitude of the steam engine ≤ 0.03mm; the vibration amplitude of the generator ≤ 0.03mm
The steam seal material of the steam engine is the general sealing ring, and the generator seal form adopts mechanical seal
Inlet valve type: manual or electric gate valve
Warm-up requirements:
(1) Open all the trap valves of the steam turbine, open the isolation valve of the main steam pipe, and carry out the warm pipe trapping.
(2) Rotate the main valve to gradually open the main valve, and after the rotor is impulsive, close the main valve to make the unit slowly rise to 500~600r/min, and carry out low-speed warm-up, the duration is about 15~20 minutes, during which the main engine can be gradually closed when the main engine has been heated evenly.
(3) After confirming that the unit is operating normally, the speed rises at a rate of 300r/min and rises to the speed of the governor
The turbine lubrication adopts oil-injected seal lubrication, and the front and rear main bearings are high-temperature ball bearings imported from Japan.
The turbine is designed to have a service life of more than 30 years.
