●The seal of turbine combustion liner

Failure mode: crack, coating degradation

Repair methods: resume heat treatment, fusion welding, thermal spraying and replace brush seal. 

Status: The self-service combustor seal is installed for the first time in China, and has accumulated more than 16,000 EOH (the general service life of OEM new products is 8,000 EOH, and after reaching the service life, the whole unit needs to be replaced due to matrix ablation). After user evaluation, it can still be used for at least one maintenance cycle (8,000 EOH), with better reliability than OEM parts. It has been popularized and applied in other domestic gas-fired power plants in batches.
