Model Instruction

The back pressure steam turbine produced by DTEC is a single-stage medium temperature and medium pressure back pressure steam turbine. The rotor adopts a double-speed impeller. The nozzle pitch diameter is 800mm. The speed control system can adopt Japanese Koei electronic speed control, or woodward's TG17 or TG13. Type mechanical governor or TG17E+2301A controller electronic speed governing system, using forced lubrication, the spindle speed is 1500-4500 rpm, can be equipped with a gearbox according to user requirements to achieve variable speed. The main feature of this model is to use medium temperature and medium pressure steam as the steam source to drive the rotating machinery to do work to realize the cascade utilization of energy to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.

Brief introduction of  steam turbine structure

1. Steam turbine layout form: single-layer layout, steam turbine + overrunning clutch (optional) + double-shaft asynchronous motor + (fan, pump, compressor, etc.)

2. The alignment error between the axis of steam turbine unit (including motor) and (fan, water pump, compressor, etc.) is ≤ 0.03mm

3. Vibration amplitude of steam turbine at rated speed ≤ 0.03mm ((under the condition of vibration amplitude of fan, water pump, compressor, etc.) ≤ 0.03mm)

4.The front and rear steam seals of the steam turbine are steel belt labyrinth seals, equipped with steam seal cooler, the steam leakage of steam seal is small and the economy is good.

5. Inlet valve type: quick-closing-adjusting combination valve. The steam turbine enters the regulating valve through the quick-closing valve and then into the steam turbine. The regulating valve adopts a double-seat valve.

When the steam turbine overspeed or interlock protection action, the control system can automatically close the main steam valve through the solenoid valve.

6. The overrunning clutch (optional) connecting the steam turbine and the double-shaft asynchronous motor is provided by the steam turbine manufacturer; the anti-flange for the inlet and outlet of the steam turbine is provided by the steam turbine manufacturer.

7 The design service life of the steam turbine is more than 30 years.
