Before the maintenance work begins, use protective wood, rubber pads, plastic cloth and other materials to lay the maintenance site and special passages to protect the plant floor from damage.
Set up an isolation protection net in the construction area of the prototype unit to isolate the maintenance area from the operating equipment.
Prior to work, work on important or dangerous parts shall be worked out with practical safety, technical and organizational measures, and shall be carried out after approval. The person in charge of the project, the engineer in charge and the safety in charge must visit the site in person to conduct safety inspection and guidance on their work.
High-altitude operations should be based on the actual site, erection of a foot frame (working platform) or take reliable anti-fall measures, only fasten the seat belt. Fences or other protective devices are installed under the working place. Prevent falling objects from hurting people.
When working above 1.5 meters, the safety rope or safety belt must be fastened, and the fixed end should be hung firmly and reliably above the head of the human body. Rubber shoes must be worn when working at heights. Tool kits must be used for work tools transferred from heights. Throwing tools is strictly prohibited.
When working under the ladder, there should be someone to protect the ladder. The angle between the stability of the ladder and the ground is not more than 60 degrees, and the staff must work on the ladder pedal not less than the ground from the top of the ladder.
When the platform is built in the draft tube, safety measures against falling shall be made. After the platform is erected, it must be qualified and accepted before it can be used for operation.
Lifting appliances and equipment used on the site can only be used by the lifting personnel after they have passed the inspection or tests.
When lifting heavy objects, the wire rope should be evenly stressed and lifted smoothly. The wire rope must not be tangent to the metal corners, and the corners must be padded to lift. When lifting large parts such as the frame, generator rotor, generator shaft, roof, runner, etc., relevant professionals should be present. Specially commanded by lifting personnel. It is strictly forbidden for people to stand on objects or walk and stay under the objects when hoisting. Under special circumstances, when people must stand, strict safety measures must be formulated and operations can only be carried out after approval by the safety supervision department.
