How to maintain the Wind Power Plant to extend its life?
The reliability of the fan is very high and does not require regular maintenance. However, the overall system of one fan, one tower and one output circuit still needs timely inspection and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the system.
1. Check whether the cable of the tower is loose and tighten it in time. In the first three months of the vertical installation of the tower, this inspection should be carried out several times; this inspection should also be carried out after experiencing strong winds.
2. Check whether the connection points of the transmission line are firm and whether there is corrosion.
3. Check and maintain the battery regularly according to the battery maintenance requirements.
4. Before extreme bad weather (such as typhoon) comes, in order to prevent unpredictable accidents, it is recommended to lay down the tower.
Matters needing attention when using Wind Power Plants
1. If it is found that the motor is not working properly, shaking, or there is abnormal sound, it should be stopped and checked.
2. When the fan rotates at a high speed, the wind wheel rotates in the plane direction. Do not stand people and do other work to prevent the blades from flying out and hurting people.
3. Keep the battery dry and clean. Do not place metal objects on the battery pack to prevent short circuit of the battery.
4. Do not put the negative pole of the electrical box and the single-matched inverter together to avoid short circuit. Use the inverter power supply according to the inverter power supply manual.
5. The tensioner of the cable will automatically loosen when it encounters strong wind. After adjustment, it can be locked with a wire. After each strong wind, check whether the cable is loose, and remove it if it is loose. (The upper pole must be vertical)
