Hydraulic station is an important equipment in wind turbine. The overall structure of the hydraulic station includes power elements, actuating elements, control elements, etc.

1. Whether the surface appearance of each hydraulic component is in good condition every 6 months, whether there is deformation, crack and aging, whether the pipe clamp is loose, and if there is any abnormality, replace the component or tighten the pipe clamp;

2. Check each hydraulic valve block and pipeline joint of the system every 6 months, including the pipeline joint connected with yaw brake and high-speed shaft brake for oil leakage. If there is oil leakage, carefully check the oil leakage point, then tighten the joint with wrench or remove the valve block to replace the internal sealing ring. For oil leakage of the oil pipe itself, replace the oil pipe;

3. Check whether there is abnormal noise in the operation of hydraulic pump and motor when boarding the engine room, and repair or change parts if there is abnormal noise;

4. Whether the filter transmitter gives an alarm, i.e. whether it can see the red mark, and if so, it requires replacing the filter element, usually every 12 months;
