3. After Sale Service

   
   

   (1) Provide relevant equipment drawings and lists (and CAD version) when delivering the equipment to assist or guide users to install, debug and maintain the product;
   

   ⑵ Carry out technical consultation and safety training at the request of users, and guide users to use the equipment correctly at the same time;

   (3) During the quality guarantee period, if the unit cannot operate normally or parts are damaged due to the supplier's reasons, the supplier shall be responsible for repairing or replacing the unit free of charge;

   (4) Within one year after the warranty period, the supplier will still provide technical services free of charge and provide parts and accessories at cost price.

   (5) Visit users regularly to understand and solve the existing problems.

   (6) Provide technical guidance to the buyer for installation and debugging free of charge all the year round. In that year, after-sales service engineers (personnel with more than five years of experience in maintenance of similar products) came to the site to assist in debugging and installation. If problems were found, they would be handled in time.

   (7) Provide spare parts for special installation tools and equipment.

   (8) During the warranty period of the product, if there is any quality problem, a reply shall be made within 24 hours after receiving the notice. In case of any abnormal quality problem that must be solved on site, a person shall be sent to the site within 48 hours to handle and solve the problem.

  (9) Personnel Training: Free on-site training of the operation and maintenance personnel of the demander.

  (10) After the expiration of the warranty period, spare parts for the equipment shall be provided at the ex-factory price.
