1. System Summarization

SD9000 series low-voltage integration unit is new designed product. It is used to improve the generator quality and automatic degree. It will "speed regulation, excitation, water level control, automatic regulation, protection, synchronous, primary loop" seven functions into one. It has a high degree of integration. It uses the latest computer hardware、software and network technology. After the automatic system composed of the screen is put into operation, it can be on duty with few or no one. And configuration scheme used of one screen-one generator is simple、convenient、high integration. The product is mainly used for the generator which rated voltage is below 400V and single capacity is below 1000kw.

The screen adopts modular and structural design, which is convenient for system compatibility and function expansion. This screen contains the following functions:

1）automatic starting up and shutdown according to water level;

2） accident shutdown;

3） automatic adjusting frequency and power;

4） automatic up and down excitation;

5） automatic synchronization;

6）the generator protection;

7）automatic generator measurement;

8） adjusting the generator power according to the water level

9） conventional manual operation;

10）If a computer containing sd9000-jk monitoring system is added, the automation system can realize the centralized management and control of the power station.

2. System Configuration

2.1. Low voltage primary equipment

1）knife switch in main circuit: HD13BX series knife switch.

2） breaker: DW15 series breaker.

3）current transformer:BH-0.66 series.

Remark: The specific type of primary equipment is determined by the unit capacity.

2.2 Metering equipment

The meter Adopts digital electric meter.

2.3 Hydropower station automation device

2.3.1 structure：

The device has a big LCD screen in the center of box, which is used for displaying various information. The device also has a key-press panel, which is used for operating device、checking and alter the parameters.

2.3.2 SD9000-K-C internal structure ：

It consists of the main board and peripheral circuits. The main board is the core of the device. The main board has two CPU. One CPU is used for automatic synchronization and various protection actions of the generator. Another CPU is used for  electrical and analog measurements.

The main board uses four layers of PCB structure. All kinds of electrical quantity are isolated by small CT and PT, the incoming and outgoing quantity are isolated by photoelectric isolation, and the communication port is also isolated by photoelectric isolation. Therefore, the device has a strong ability to resist electromagnetic interference.
